Return Policy

Our policies are valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of items that are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products containing intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:

- gift card

- Downloadable software products

- some health and personal care items

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return the product you purchased to the manufacturer.

In certain circumstances, only a partial refund will be given (if applicable):

- Books with obvious signs of use

- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

- Any items not in original condition that are damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours

- Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If you're approved, your refund will be processed and points will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.

Promotional items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please send an email to xborderdzsw@outlook.com

Gift

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. The gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver who will be informed of your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
